Sarah Chamberlain, President and Chief Executive Officer
Sarah Chamberlain serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Republican Main Street Partnership. Prior to serving as CEO, Chamberlain was COO, CFO, Executive Director, and President of Main Street. Chamberlain began her career in the personal office of Hon. Amory Houghton, Jr. in Corning, New York. In 1998 she moved to Washington DC to become the first Executive Director of the John Quincy Adams Society and to help found the Main Street Partnership.

Andy Mekelburg, Chief of Staff
Andy Mekelburg is the Chief of Staff for the Republican Main Street Partnership. Andy Mekelburg served 11 years as the Vice President for Federal Government Relations for Verizon where he was responsible for working with Congress and the Administration on non-telecommunications issues such as health care, education, labor, human resources and government procurement issues. Andy served as Chairman of the Corporate Health Coalition (CHCC), a public policy coalition of large, multi-state, self-insured companies that operate health benefit plans for employees and their families as well as retirees. In 1991 and 1992, Andy was a Brookings Institution Congressional Fellow assigned to Rep. Amory Houghton (R-NY). In this position, he worked with community, business and government leaders throughout the Southern Tier of New York developing and coordinating economic development programs for Rep. Houghton.
Andy received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Georgetown University and a Masters Degree in Telecommunications Policy from the George Washington University.
Danielle Varallo, Communications Director
Danielle serves as the Communications Director at Republican Main Street Partnership, overseeing the organization’s media strategy and messaging. Danielle started working on Capitol Hill after graduating from The Catholic University of America in 2008, and most recently worked as Press Secretary for Senator Mark Kirk (R-IL) and as part of the communications team with UnitedHealth Group’s External Affairs department. She also worked on Rep. Mike Castle’s 2010 senate campaign in Delaware, and at Gov. Mitt Romney’s campaign headquarters in Boston during the 2012 presidential campaign.
Bryan Petrich, Digital Director
As the Digital Director Bryan is in charge of online media strategy and content creation. Bryan was previously the Deputy Press Secretary for former Senator Mark Kirk (R-IL) where he honed his photo and video skills and gained an appreciation for the great Chicago Hot Dog. He is a graduate of Villanova University (Go Cats!) and is an avid college basketball fan. When he’s not crafting Main Street’s online presence, Bryan can be found in the great outdoors, either on the golf course, hiking, or skiing.
Sharon Jackson, Events Manager
Sharon Jackson serves as the Event Manager for Republican Main Street Partnership. Prior to joining RMSP, Sharon was the President of Jackson, Jennings and Associates; a full service event and travel management firm. Sharon has enjoyed a long career that has earned her the reputation of being a highly sought after event/meetings producer. She has worked on projects in Senegal, West Africa, Johannesburg, South Africa, Paris, London, Oslo, and Stockholm just to name a few. Jackson has provided logistic support for such agencies as The Brookings Institute, Winrock International, and United Nations Foundations. A native Washingtonian, Jackson studied Sociology at Greensboro College in North Carolina. She currently resides in Bowie, Maryland with her daughter.
William Smith, Special Assistant
Will Smith serves as Special Assistant at the Republican Main Street Partnership, having joined the organization in January 2017. Prior to joining Main Street, Will worked in the office of Representative Richard L. Hanna of New York and previously interned in the district office of Representative Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania. Before working on the Hill, he served for a year as an Alumni Research and Service Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania Fox Leadership Program.
Will is a native of Western Pennsylvania and received his undergraduate degree in history from the University of Pennsylvania. He currently resides in Washington, D.C.
