Republican Main Street Partnership Statement on Rep. Tiberi’s Retirement
WASHINGTON – Republican Main Street President and CEO Sarah Chamberlain released the following statement today after Representative Pat Tiberi announced his retirement from Congress, effective January 2018:
“For more than 15 years, Pat has been a driving force behind the success and continued growth of the Republican Main Street Partnership. His participation and support of Main Street values has been vital to this organization and our membership. In Congress, his commitment to finding commonsense solutions to improve the lives of Ohio families and address some of our nation’s greatest challenges is valued and respected on both sides of the aisle. His leadership in the will be missed, but I am confident he will continue to be a strong advocate for Main Street Republicans and a thoughtful, conservative agenda.”
Rep. Tiberi serves on the Republican Main Street PAC Board and as Chair of the Republican Main Street Caucus. He has been a member of Republican Main Street Partnership since 2000.
